anxiety disorder

Do you need to find a panic cure that isn’t based on nasty drugs? Would you believe me if I said one does actually exist? Eventually, after a lot of trial & error, I found one.

If you get any relief from drugs it may only be for a short period of time. I haven’t even mentioned any possible side effects. Even more reason to look for a drug free panic cure.

The side effects of some of these drugs are no joke. There’s one anti depressant drug that might even cause depression. It says so on the label. If that’s not a reason to avoid drugs I don’t know what is.

It’s actually quite well known that anxiety attacks are more a mental than physical problem. I am not trying to make light of things here. But it’s true that they are a mental problem.

The cure must be in our heads as well if the problem is just in our heads. What I’m getting at here is that we already have the power to cure ourselves. We simply need to be taught to use it properly.

The ideal situation is one where you feel a panic attack rising ever so slightly. You can then put your method into action against the attack. And you immediately stop the attack and carry on with what you were doing.

I bet you’re thinking it’s too good to be true? This time it isn’t, it’s reality and thousands if not millions of people will be able to do this easily. Once you know these techniques you have your own panic cure at hand every time.

This system is readily available on the internet. In just ten short minutes you could be learning the techniques. Couple days later you could be on your way to being panic attack free.

What are your options now? More suffering. Frightened that at any moment you could be in a panic attacks vice like grip. Or you could arm yourself with a method that will teach you how to stop them in their tracks.

What causes panic attacks? Causes (or triggers) can be anything. What triggers yours could still be unknown.

My wife suffered panic attacks at one innocent looking junction when she drove the car. Every time she stopped at that junction, it hit her. Out of the blue a panic attack would swoop.

Literally anything could be causing your panic attacks. But get to the bottom of it and it will be the same thing every time. Could be a job interview, or any type of official interview.

You may have no idea what your panic attacks causes are. Identifying and knowing your triggers is going to be important. It will be very helpful in your eventual panic cure.

If you can identify your own personal “triggers”. When, not if, you get control over the anxiety. You can see if you’re improving by using these triggers as a test.

Forgive me; I’m getting a bit ahead here. Talking about getting control and testing. Would you be pleased to learn there are drug free systems you can use to stop these attacks dead?

Simple exercises you can call on when you hit a trigger and feel an attack coming on. Thousands of happy users of these techniques employ them every day. They are finally in control and are anxiety free.

Best of all these techniques do not use drugs or medication of any sort. Which of course means no ongoing costs for drugs. Of course, this also means no side effects.

You can quickly teach yourself these techniques. When you feel an attack coming on you start your exercises. You probably won’t stop it altogether the first time, but you will get better and better every time.

Let’s go back to tests and triggers. You can use your trigger to ‘almost’ bring an attack on and test your skills. Then as you get stronger you simply brush it aside.

Do you want to be a victim for ever? Or would you like to discover what your panic attacks causes are and learn to control them.

Social Anxiety Treatment – Powerful New Techniques That Uses No Medication

December 9th, 2009 by admin

panic attack treatment

Anxiety disorder treatment. You may well be asking if there even is one. A drug free treatment.

It’s definitely possible to stop them without drugs. I know! Although the word “cure” isn’t totally right. It’s not a magical pill but it will show you how to stop the attacks for good.

I had a bad motorcycle accident and ended up with an anxiety disorder for a while afterwards. I tried all sorts of drugs to keep them at bay. I got very little benefit but worse was that I knew any benefit I did get would cease when I came off the drugs.

This is the bad thing about drugs and panic attacks. You can’t take medication for ever so any help you get from them will eventually be lost. I doubt very much your own doctor will want you taking medication for too long.

At some point in the near future your reliance on medication will have to stop. And you end up back where you started all those months ago. The attacks can be worse if you know they are just around the corner waiting to pounce.

Wouldn’t the best all round solution be a drug free social anxiety treatment of some sort? And I know there is one out there, because I use it all the time. I have total control over my anxiety attacks now.

I suffered random anxiety attacks that wrecked my life. I mention “random” but mine aren’t all random, I know when I’m going to have one. If I’m in a crowd or group of about three to four people I can feel an attack starting.

I got to the stage where just a few people around me would have me running for dear life. I realised (in my mind) how stupid I was being. Nonetheless, when I could feel panic taking hold I ran.

I did an awful lot of research and spent what seemed like a life time trying to find a permanent cure. When the wait was over it was definitely worth it. Sadly none of the medical professionals I saw had any knowledge of the “cure” I found.

You can keep on searching and hoping and in the mean time taking the drugs. Or start to do what I do every time I feel an attack coming on. I calmly stop it dead and carry on with what I was doing.
