really sharp pain on left side?

it's like on my rib cage
but it shoots up and makes my left breast hurt every once in a while too
this is the first time this has happened and it's been happening for about three minutes
it gets worse when i breathe in
i don't think it's gas.. idk.

Might be appendicitis you should go to the doc
