help i have a really bad pain in my lower left abdomen nd it hurts to move the pain stabs at my stomach and really hurts
what could be wrong with me?
im a female if it helps but it is not that time of the month
please help me it aches badly
its now been sore for about 12 hours

My first guess would be gas in the large intestine of the descending colon. Get on all fours and relax the gas will probably pass soon. But if it is cramps then a hot foot bath with a cold pack over the abdominal area will help. I'll be praying you find relief soon.

After a kickboxing class i have been experiencing pain in left lower abdomen. It even hurts when i do pushups.

Today was the 2nd time I attended the class. It started hurting right after the 1st class.

Talk to your Kickboxing Teacher, he might know why its happening, Personally I think you've pulled a muscle and just need some rest for a couple of days.

Muscle pains can last a while and can be quite painful…

If the Pain persists, see a doctor. Muscle Pains can be cured with special cream!

sharp pain in lower left abdomen?

i am female and have been having this pain in my lower left abdomen. any ideas on what it might be?
it only started today but its really annoying because it gets worse when i move more or try to pick something up.

lower left abdomen pain?

earlier i had a cramp-like pain in the lower left abdomen which lasted for 15 minutes. it was as if i had dysmenorrhoea but only on the left side. i hurts whenever the left side gets pressed but it goes away when i stand up… after 15 minutes, it went away and i have no pain whatsoever anymore.

what could have caused this? anyone, help…
it went away on its own after 15 minutes. a few hours later though, i released a lot of gas. O_o and until now, i'm still occassionally burping gas.

My guess would be intestinal gas. I worked in an ER for a few years and remember a couple of people coming in for it … they were a little embarrassed when they found out it wasn't cancer or something horrible, but they were relieved and it went away. Sometimes it hurts without added pressure.

Where it was only a 15 minute bout, that would be my best guess.

As far as appendicitis, this doesn't sound like the case at all. Wrong abdominal quadrant, not a long enough duration of pain, and appendicitis pain generally is most severe when you release pressure from pushing over the appendix (something I learned while an EMT).

Try just passing it, if you can. If your someplace public or just can't, try Mylanta or some sort of gas medicine. You probably ate something that caused it, and may want to take Mylanta or whatever if you eat that food again.

This has been bothering me for about 5 months and is getting worse everyday. I am even finding blood in my urine. I saw a urologist and he said my kidneys were fine but my family doctor still thinks its my kidneys.. anyone with similar symptoms or any ideas what it may be…

bloody urine is never normal, could be a kidney stone or aside from the blood in the urine could be a injuinal hernia

Sudden, sharp, quickly ending pain in lower left abdomen ?

Every once in a while I get a sudden pain in my lower stomach by my hip. I’m not sure if it is always the left side. Today I bent over and all of the sudden my lower left abdomen starting hurting quite sharply. The area was sensitive to touch. I could not straighten, when I attempted it just hurt worse. I stood there hunched for about 30sec to a minute and then it went away. Any ideas? I did look some things up and I have no other symptoms and I’m not pregnant.

Do a colon cleanse your colon may be full and when you bend it is crunching your colon. ALso do some stretching on the floor like yoga to stretch your abs.
