help i have a really bad pain in my lower left abdomen nd it hurts to move the pain stabs at my stomach and really hurts
what could be wrong with me?
im a female if it helps but it is not that time of the month
please help me it aches badly
its now been sore for about 12 hours
My first guess would be gas in the large intestine of the descending colon. Get on all fours and relax the gas will probably pass soon. But if it is cramps then a hot foot bath with a cold pack over the abdominal area will help. I'll be praying you find relief soon.

Today was the 2nd time I attended the class. It started hurting right after the 1st class.
Talk to your Kickboxing Teacher, he might know why its happening, Personally I think you've pulled a muscle and just need some rest for a couple of days.
Muscle pains can last a while and can be quite painful…
If the Pain persists, see a doctor. Muscle Pains can be cured with special cream!
